How to convert:
Step 1: Open or download the AirAsia BIG Loyalty app
Step 2: Select “Get Points” and tap on BIG Xchange tile.
Step 3: Select Sunway Pals tiles and click “Convert Now”.
Step 4: Select “Add an account”.
Step 5: Insert Sunway Pals card number and Sunway Pals password.
Step 6: Sunway Pals account has been linked successfully (One-time account linkage).
Step 7: Select points to convert, “tick” T&C box and select “Convert Now”.
Step 8: Receive Pals Points (within 3 days) / BIG Points (instantly)
