Terms & Conditions
• Interested participants are required to book their slots via the Sunway Pyramid Mobile App prior to the event.
• Workshop slots are limited to first-come-first-serve basis.
• Recommended minimum participation age is 4 years old and above.
• For kids' participation, one (1) adult or guardian may enter the workshop to supervise.
• All participants must confirm their participation at the event venue 15 minutes before the event starts. Late arrivals and no-shows will result in forfeiture and the slot will be opened to the public.
• Food and beverages are not allowed within the activity/event area.
• The mall is not liable for any damages, injuries or losses that accompany or result from your participation in activities at the activity/event area.
• By participating in Disney's The Little Mermaid Underwater Experiential Event, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display any photographs and/or videos which you/your children may be a part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.
