. Shoppers are required to download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member prior to taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.

. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Velocity Mall outlets on the same date.

Receipts from pushcarts, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
