Return Policy

1. Standard delivery is 3 – 14 days within Malaysia
2. No cancellation or refund will be allowed.
3. Any exchange of sizes is allowed within 20 days from the date of purchase and at STP Kedai Runcit, Sunway Lagoon. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to refuse on the exchange if you are unable to present or provide any information/documentation as required by Sunway Lagoon for verification purpose.
5. With the purchase and/or use of the online merchandise(s), you are agreeable to the terms & conditions and general rules and regulations of Sunway Lagoon.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery charges of RM8 for West Malaysia; RM13 for East Malaysia (Applicable to item below 1kg)
2. RM2 extra charges will be applied for any additional 1kg
3. Estimated shipping time is 5 – 7 business days within Malaysia
